Postpartum Support

Feeling Sad, Anxious, or Lonely?

The Parenting Connection of Monterey County offers a postpartum warmline available Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Although it is not a crisis line, this service provides a supportive space for anyone facing postpartum challenges to call or text our bilingual warmline specialist for assistance. You can receive support, counseling, and referrals to other community resources as needed. This resource is available for birthing parents, as well as their partners and family members, whether you need help once or on an ongoing basis.

Questions, concerns, or just want to say “hi”?
